Enterprise Coach / Practitioner

We’re looking for coaches that practice pragmatism over dogmatic and who are relentlessly in search for the right path rather than the easy path. As a results focused coach, you will partners with individuals, teams, and client organization in both thought and action provoking process that inspires clients to actualize their potential. Coaches need to have the following:

• Awareness of engineering/technical practices and management/process practices.
• Breadth and depth of experience coaching individuals, teams, and organizations.
• Focus on addressing enterprise issues.
• Pragmatism in blending approaches (Lean, Kanban, Agile, Scrum, etc.).
• Open to travel throughout the US and outside the US.
